RTA (Rogers Training Academy)
This is a 12-week accelerated course that requires Monday-Friday attendance from 8am-4pm. The cost for this hands on intensive training course is $16,500 per student, much less than many other courses. Rogers Mechanical values community service so, while enrolled in the training academy students will work in the community, gaining firsthand experience replacing heating and cooling units, a service that the people being served otherwise might not be able to afford. After completing the academy students will be able to not just get a job, but they will begin a career. The hope is that one day some of the students will go on to start their own company, one day. We want to just feed them; we want them to learn to fish for themselves.
We are committed to placing 90% of our students in jobs after completing the academy. The average salary for a new technician referred by our program is $26/hr., with the potential to earn up to $35-40/hr. depending on skill set.

Our goal is to teach and empower men and women who have struggled with low self esteem or limited vision to see that they can have more. We hope that by men and women earning this certification that they will see that they have value and that they can accomplish more for themselves and their families.
I just typed something quickly, but you see what I mean by expanding your philosophy and creating an actual mission statement.
HVAC systems control the climate in our homes and in commercial buildings. HVAC stands for Heating, Venting, and Air Conditioning. This is an introductory general overview of basic electrical components and electrical wiring for beginners to the HVAC unit world.
Gas heating systems work by burning natural gas or propane to create heat, which is then distributed throughout a home.
A standard air conditioner or cooling system works by using a specialized chemical called refrigerant, and has three main mechanical components: a compressor, a condenser coil and an evaporator coil. These components work together to quickly convert the refrigerant from gas to liquid and back again.

The mechanical drawings consist of the HVAC (heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning) systems. It consists of instructions followed during the complete installation of duct, pipes, and equipment.
NATE certifies HVAC technicians through a series of knowledge and experience-based testing, then initiates follow-up training and testing every two years.
